You can watch tutorials all day with if you like however what happens if you get stuck. Or the program is acting up. Typically you would give up! 

PreCodeCamp is different we have open live office hours for you to come in and get your help. We have all the videos you need for getting started with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Once you have gone through our fundamental courses you have options to stay with us in your learning journey, learn on your own with our next steps as guides. Or we can connect you with a live classroom that meets on a regular basis.

To get started with PreCodeCamp it's a simple $99 a month. You will get access to all the courses we offer and access to a live open office hours that occur on a weekly basis. You'll get access to a community where you can post your questions and get answers during non office hours. If you are needing one on one tutoring outside of office hours - we have it set up so you can schedule with a tutor. Being a monthly subscriber gets you access to a tutor for a discounted price. $20/ 30 min session. It's normally $35 for a 30 min session.

Option 2: Choose learning by enrolling into a coding bootcamp that we feed into. Live group learning with completing group projects. We even work with training camps that will give you an internship where you can get the experience that you will need to be even more job ready. Adding that to your resume will make you stand out.


Option 3: Some students go down this path as it doesn’t cost anything other than time. You will be given a list of what to study and a resource guide on videos and websites that could help you get to that point. It may be the longer path but costs nothing.

Who is Code Camp Design For?

Do you have an online community?

Yes we have an online community. An online community depending on your signup you will be invited to a general community or a cohort based community.

Do you have job placement?

Our job as a coding learning environment is to get you to be Job Ready and confident in your skills that you have acquired in this program. As of right now we do not have an "in house" career services, however we introduce you to a company called "crushing digital". If you complete our 6 phases of our program you will be an easy candidate for them to work with. They even have a program where they will guarantee you that they will be able to get you hired. We say focus on completing the program with us then 2 months before you finish you should be linking up with them.

Do you have online tutors?

Yes we have online tutors. Based on your signup package you may have a session with our tutors included in the package. You can always get more hours if needed. And the tutor hours do roll over to the next phase if you do not use them.

How long is the program?

Phase 1 through Phase 3 are asynchronous learning. This is where you can go as fast or as slow in the program. What we have seen from the data is that if you can spend 2-3 hours a day learning and being challenged. Phase 3 should be started 2-3 months. Once you are ready for Phase 3 then you would have 3-4 months left of learning at that same 2-3 hours a day.

You can be job ready in 6-8 months in total. Consistency is key with learning how to program. It is very much like learning to play an instrument. If you are able to devote more time to learning as if this program is your normal job applying 40 hours a week to it then you will be able to complete an entire web development 3-4 months.
